Kelly Owens, ND (she/her)

Dr. Owens maintains a thriving family practice in Portland, Oregon, where she is honored to work with her patients to improve their health utilizing a variety of natural therapies and lifestyle changes. Kelly recognizes that every one of her patients is a unique individual, and she enjoys working closely with them to identify the true cause(s) of their illness or dis-ease. From there, she helps patients craft an individualized plan towards wellness, with a focus on realistic and incremental changes, an approach she finds both highly effective and sustainable.

She treats patients of all ages with safe, natural therapies. When necessary or appropriate, she prescribes medications, while working with patients to reduce potential side effects and improve tolerance and efficacy. Her primary areas of focus include hormonal conditions and imbalances, primary care services–including annual physicals, well-woman and well-child exams–as well as the natural treatment of chronic disease and common childhood complaints.

Dr. Owens was raised in nearby Vancouver, WA. She attended the University of Puget Sound, where she completed her B.S. in Biology with a minor in American Literature. She received her medical training at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR, where she graduated in 2004. Her educational focus included additional training in pediatrics and women’s health.

When she’s not seeing patients, she enjoys gardening, hiking, cooking, paddleboarding and spending time with her daughter and husband.
